This steel adapter plate enables the seamless mounting of a Holosun EPS/EPS Carry/407K/507K/SCS Carry red dot sight or any optic with the same footprint to your Mossberg 500 Shotgun. Caution: The M4x.7screws can start screwing into the 8-40 holes and cross-thread the receiver holes. Use the correct screws!

Hardware screws are the correct size for both mounting on the Shockwave and the 507K. The only con so far is, they stress using purple thread locker in the installation instructions included with the mount, but not on the product web page. I couldn't find one locally, as it isn't popular compared to blue or red thread lockers. It would've been nice to have a sample size bottle included or an option included with a small fee on the product page, as it has set me back in time installing. It is a solid mount and has ran very well on the mossy 500 with the holosun 407k micro reddit. Greats set up and would recommend this mount
